At QicoBay, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return, should you need to do so.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, complete with tags and in the original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to process returns. Please note that items which are worn, used, or missing original packaging or tags may not qualify for a return or may incur a restocking fee.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@qicobay.com. Once we receive your return request, we will review it and, if approved, send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. It is essential that items are not shipped back to us without an authorized return label, as they will not be processed for return or refund.

Damages and Issues
We take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure that every order meets your expectations. Please inspect your items upon arrival and, should you discover any defect, damage, or incorrect item, notify us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue swiftly, including issuing replacements or other remedies as appropriate.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
For safety and quality control, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom and Personalized Products: These items are made to order and may include any customization specific to your request.
- Personal Care Products: Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on items such as beauty or health-related goods once opened.
- Hazardous Materials: This includes items containing flammable liquids or gases.
- If you are uncertain whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out with details, and we will be glad to assist. Note that we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
To expedite the exchange process, we recommend initiating a return for the unwanted item and placing a new, separate order for the replacement item. This process ensures that you receive the new item as quickly as possible. Once we receive and process the returned item, a refund will be issued.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
In compliance with EU regulations, customers in the European Union have a 14-day cooling-off period. If your order is being shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. Items must remain in the original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Bear in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since you were notified of your approved refund, please contact us at help@qicobay.com for further assistance.
