Could you tell me how big the C1/C1S flosser is?
With dimensions of 32*20*72mm and a weight of approximately 30 grams, it's comparable to an AirPod or car key in size.
Is the floss available in different flavors?

How many times can I use the C1/C1S flosser before needing to replace it?
Approximately, after 90 uses, the floss capsule part can be easily replaced with a new one.
Can I refill QicoBay C1/C1S with other floss?
Due to hygiene and contamination considerations, our floss capsules are specially sealed and cannot be replaced with other dental floss.
Will the floss break? How do I do if it breaks?
We have made great efforts to prevent it from breaking and finally adopted shred-resistant material with high strength and elasticity to reduce the possibility of breaking. However, if the floss encounters something sharp, it still has the possibility of breaking.
In case the floss breaks during use, there is no need to worry, you can continue to use it by tying a knot.
How can I clean the flosser?
After use, it is recommended to wipe the part that touches the mouth with a tissue. It can be rinsed with water and needs to be wiped dry after rinsing. Do not soak it.
How to recycle or discard the floss capsule after it runs out?
We have the Q-cycle recycling plan. All you have to do is that fill out a simple form. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label then you send us 10 or more used floss capsules. After receiving them, we will give you one or more free floss capsules as the reward.
If you want to discard the floss capsule, since it is mainly made of biodegradable plastic, please follow the local garbage disposal regulations to discard it.
Ordering and Shipping
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we send to about 30 countries and regions around the world, and will expand to more places after that.
How long does the delivery take?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Is the shipping free?
Yes, if the order amount is more than USD $39, we provide free shipping. If it is less than USD $39, the shipping fee is USD $9. The amount limit for free shipping may become lower due to promotional events, so please refer to the information available at checkout.
Will you cover the customs fees for my order?
While we provide all necessary customs details on our shipping forms, your order might still incur customs and VAT charges, which are beyond our control. Due to recent changes, VAT will now apply to all orders shipped to the EU, regardless of the order value.
Please note that we are not responsible for any additional fees imposed by your local customs or postal services. We advise you to check your local regulations if you have concerns.
Delivery times for international orders can vary by country, and we cannot guarantee or influence these times once the package reaches your destination country. Many countries continue to track packages after they arrive, but not all do. For more information, please reach out to your local postal provider.
Can I buy QicoBay products elsewhere?
Currently, our products are available for purchase on QicoBay.com and Amazon US. We plan to expand to more online platforms as well as offline stores and supermarkets soon.
How can I track my order?
You can view your order history through your user profile page, which will contain a tracking number and a link to view the shipping status. We will also send you the tracking information by email when the order is shipped.

Do you provide free returns?
We provide a full product cost refund within 30 days of purchase, excluding shipping costs.
How to make a return?
You can initiate a return directly from the "Return" button in your purchase history, or you can contact us via email if you have a problem with the product.
When will I get my refund?
We will operate the refund within 7 business days after we receive your returned parcel, depending on the bank, you can will receive the refund within 1-3 business days.
